It has come to the attention of 3Sixty that some users may be receiving a warning message prior to entering our site thus causing them to navigate AWAY from our site. The warning message states that 3SixtyDegreeScouting.com is a host for malware and that malware can be downloaded to your computer without your knowledge.

We are working on identifying exactly what the problem may be but we want to assure of readers, models and new applicants that 3Sixty has never and will never knowingly or intentionally be a host for malware. If you’re like me, you are horrified and disappointed at the same time upon hearing the horrible news that Addison from Sean Cody is a suspect in the murder of a tattoo parlor owner in Florida. Guy/Girl Scene Work – 5/22/2010

As of Saturday May 22nd 2010, 3Sixty Degree Scouting will no longer be accepting applications for guy/girl film work. We have come to this decision for a number of reasons but primarily because gay porn or gay4pay is where potential models will make a name for themselves and will receive consistent film work.

Any male model expecting to make a career or a decent amount of money from having sex with girls on screen is delusional and 3Sixty will no longer contribute to that delusion. There are only a handful of studios that pay “decent” scene rates for guy/girl work and that is simply because they are catering to a bi-sexual audience and eventual “gay4pay” work is expected of the model. So, if the model is going to end up doing gay4pay work anyway, we might as well make that our priority.

Any model who is currently being considered for guy/girl film work may or may not be booked for a scene, this will be handled on a case by case basis but we are primarily ending our relationship with our straight scene film partners effective immediately.

If you are currently booked for any scenes, please contact your recruiter by telephone ASAP to confirm that your dates are still locked in. You should also expect a telephone call from the Sr Recruiter if you were scheduled within the next 14 days to inform if your shoot has been cancelled.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our potential models but we must focus on what’s best for the long term future of a potential model and not short term quick cash.

Let’s just be upfront and honest about this: there is a time and place for everything. In an impromptu interview via email this past weekend, Steve Jobs found himself on the defense about innovation, revolution and yes you guessed it… Porn. There has been a heated debate about this every since Apple decided that the App store would be “Porn Free” which basically means child friendly.

I don’t understand this debate about Apple denying porn producers/companies the right to be in the App Store. The App Store is a family friendly retail environment just like Wal Mart or Target. The chances that kids will see explicit content there are almost promised and quite honestly, there’s no need for a 7 year old to be looking at hardcore pornography.

I’ve often complained about America’s puritanical stance against nudity and sexuality but we must understand that there is a clear difference between nudity/sexuality and pornography. I won’t go through the obvious differences because I know anyone reading this already knows.

But as far as pornography goes, have we really become so addicted to pornography that it needs to be on every single one of our electronic devices? Some of my producer friends would probably kick me in the face for saying that because the new world of pornography is the connection across platforms but… do I really need cock on my iPhone? And honestly, it’s not even the same looking at pornography on a small device like the iPhone, it’s actually kind of annoying. Why Most Guys Will Never Make It In Adult Film

The fact of the matter is, that guy will never get to live out that dream. There are literally thousands of guys who apply to do straight porn every single day. I can positively estimate thousands because I personally receive about 100 applications per day to do straight porn and my company is extremely small compared to other agencies. So, out of those thousands of applicants, what do you really think your chances are of being accepted? Almost nil.

It’s so entertaining to hear these guys, who want to do straight porn tell me, “dude, I’m so fucking hot the studio will love me.” Of course, no one wants to look at completely un-attractive people having sex but when the focus is solely upon the female, no one really cares about the guy as long as he has a decent cock. And then there comes the pay, the guy probably made about $300 filming the scene and the “chick” he banged out was completely un-impressed.

There is no money to be made in straight porn for “amateur” male models, that’s the cold hearted truth.

NOW, if a guy is serious about making money and has the cock and looks to match, he’s probably gonna do really well in gay porn. The last time I checked, I think statistics showed that about 60-80% of all male models in the gay film industry were not gay. That’s alarming right? No. Because these guys realize that there is absolutely no money to be made in straight film and fucking a girl on camera for bragging rights isn’t worth the time or effort when he can do that for free. He’d rather make up to $5000/scene (sometimes more) banging a good looking guy out on camera and laugh all the way to the bank.
