Greg – You can thank corporate welfare for this. Corporations are bleeding the government DRY with all their subsidies and tax loopholes. But people who make 35k/yr are defending millionaires and corporations saying they shouldn’t have to pay more taxes and this is the result.

Asshole – Without big corporations we would be a third world country, and the rich pay a shitload more taxes than u will ever pay in ur lifetime, yes they get a tax break like u do and I do. You have to rembember if ur a govt. employee, thats cool but rembember the taxes you pay are revolved back into own paycheck and the taxes that I pay are for roads , police etc.We still have the best nation in the world and it’s due to big corporations not big government………..DONALD TRUMP FOR PRESDENT—small government and BIG BUSINESS………;-/

Asshole – we are all taking a hit with money, when nongovt. workers take a money hit the state and govt. workers have to take a hit too, Im making less money than I was 5 yrs. ago but I was smart with my money because I saw all this comming and its here, how does it feel that a family of overbread hood rats make more money than u do, it make sick to my stomach that the federal govt. wont punish these people, with this new govt. they dont punish they promote all for the vote and now look what were stuck with—

Greg – LOL, we would not be a 3rd world country if big corporations paid their fair share of taxes. GE and Exxon Mobil paying little to no taxes ($0 in GE’s case) is what’s helping to bankrupt this country. Companies like Domino’s sugar who rake in BILLIONS of government dollars every year for “subsidies” and then pay no taxes and THEN completely ravage the Everglades and THEN leave it to the tax payer to repair is what’s killing this country. If you think “hoodrats” are even minutely contributing to our deficit in the manner that corporate America and the richest 1% of the country are, then you are sadly mistaken. I suggest you take a look back when corporations and the rich paid their “fair share” and you’ll see how good things were.

Greg – You even have heirs to big fortunes like James Johnson from the Johnson and Johnson family who are speaking out about the wealth gap and how the rich 1% and corporations not paying taxes is damaging the economy. These are people with money acknowledging the system is giving them a pass. The same way poor people will acknowledge that the system gives them a pass to a certain degree. Just because a fairly well off person pays a higher dollar amount on taxes, doesnt mean it’s their “fair share.” The 10% a person making $10 million dollars pays is not a hard ship on them as is the 30% a person making $35k pays. Greg – by the way, GE paid no taxes in 2010 and received a 3.4 billion dollar tax credit… i forgot to mention that part.

If wanting corporations and American citizens who are well off to pay their fair share of taxes makes me a socialist then I guess I’m a socialist.
