3Sixty Degree Scouting was established late in 2009 as Baltimore, MD’s premier male model scouting agency. 3Sixty specializes in the placement of male models in the adult film industry because we acknowledge how difficult it can be for male models to get started in the industry. Although based out of Baltimore, our studio partners are primarily located in San Diego CA, & Fort Lauderdale FL. We work with male talent all over the U.S. so please don’t be afraid to apply!
Although a newly established company, the staff at 3Sixty are well experienced in the adult industry: 2 of our recruiters and our Talent Manager are previous adult film stars and our Senior Recruiter has experience working with local studios in Talent Management and with major online studios as a freelance recruiter. When working with 3Sixty, there is no doubt you are working with an experienced staff.
One of our main goals at 3Sixty is to demonstrate a level of professionalism and genuine care that is not often found in the industry, there is unfortunately a stigma in this industry of perverse directors, scams, shady characters and a strong desire simply to make quick cash off of models. We know different. Working with our studios and directors is no different than attending a company meeting in a board room, that is the level of respect and professionalism you can expect when working with 3Sixty and our studio partners. We realize that the adult film industry is no different than any other industry; models in the industry represent a product that is in HIGH DEMAND , recruiters, directors, producers and studios are the sales personnel. We are marketing a desired product to consumers that is no different than selling designer jeans.
The studios that 3Sixty have agreed to supply talent to are 100% professional in every aspect of the word. Maintaining the highest levels of standards is the most important factor when determining who our studio partners are. 3Sixty does not have any dealings with studios where directors make promises to models of making them stars “if they sleep with them.” Such behavior is completely unacceptable to the staff at 3Sixty and will not under any circumstance be tolerated.
